Design And Analysis Of Pre-Processing Module Of The Billing System Of Business Support System For Anhui Unicom

China has joined in WTO. On the deepening reform of telecommunications regulation in China, competition in telecommunication industry will intensify in the coming years.Billing system as the main function of the Business Support System has the key effect of operator's various products and services.So competition in billing system will intensify.This paper mainly discusses billing system.It includes following modules: pre-processor, check-repeat, charging, detailed records storage. It has advantages of clear module, powerful function, and convenient configuration. Billing system mainly aims at billing of local province user using various service (voice, SMS, Internet, etc.) in province. The primary module of billing system is charging, which includes submodules of standard charging and preferential charging.This paper investigates the current problems in pretreatment module.It inculudes software requriments, preliminary design, detailed design and translating to code,and testing ways.The object is analyzing the system's four characteristics: real time,which is the need of the company 's operation; stabilization,which has key effect of the company's operation; flexibility,which needs to add some small modules in the system;integration,which is operation in all services to develop telecommunication.
