With the fast development of national economy, the dominant economic positions ofpetroleum industries are becoming, more and more pronounced, since a vairety of industiresdepend heavily on petroleum. Due to intensified conflicts oirginated from continuousexpansion of production scale, much more complex production management, and higher labormanagement cost, experts at home and abroad consistently recommend that the digitalsurveillance and management techniques should be used in oil ifelds. In this way, productionand management efficiency can be increased; meanwhile, labor forces and mateiral resoucrescan be reduced. As industry automation technologies and distirbuted computation technologies havebecome sophisticated enough, they can provide the necessary supports for the construction ofoil ifeld surveillance system both thcorctically and technically. Focused on a serials ofproblems resulting from the decentralized production depatrments, this dissetration presents aweb based remote monitoring approach(a combination of B/S structuer and C/S structure),which is used in the distributed surveillance system suited to oil ifeld production managementby using conifguration technology, industiral Ethernet technology and wireless communicationtechnology. The techniques adopted by the system which is used to acquire the data and videosof the remote production lines include: ASP.NET,XML, A J AX, FTP, OPC,ActiveX andindustiral Ethernet. By means of industiral bus, the data are transmitted to the web server, thusan integrated surveillance system consisting of video monitoring and instruments monitoringis constructed.Implemented with the C#programming language under visual studio2010developenvironment*the remote surveillance system adopt a three-layer network architecture andintegrate with B/S mode. The system is veriifed through a large number of experiments cariredout both in laboratory and in locale. This surveillance system boasts the following advantages:cross-platform deployment real time monitoring, high proifciency, reliability and stability, handiness and simplicity, easy administration and good proiftability. The oil ifeld surveillancesystem meets the remote monitoirng demands in the oil ifeld. The lbllow-up system updates and system expansion can be achieved easily on the bases of open network interfaces andcommunication protocols.
