With the rapid development of the global economy,the reform of China's electric power system is in the rapid development process.The development mode of power generation enterprises in China will transform from production to management.In this trend,the current financial management system has been unable to meet the various needs brought by the new changes.Financial management system needs to be reformed.At present,the competition in electric power market is very intense.The power generation enterprises gradually realize that it is very important to have a complete set of financial management system for the development of enterprises.To use the powerful information processing methods provided in financial system can make the enterprise resource scientific configuration,so as to make full use of the resources,allow enterprises to maximize the benefit and enhance the competitiveness in electricity market.This thesis describes and introduces the construction process of the software that meets the needs of the financial management of the Yellow River Company.During requirement analysis,this thesis analyzes the present situation of financial management in the Yellow River company and represents the actual business process of financial management.According to the functional requirements of the actual financial management,this thesis completes the requirement modeling and analyzes the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the system.The functional modules and roles of the system are designed.The system consists of document information management module,payroll management module,fixed assets information management module,accounts receivable information management module,cashier management module,report information analysis module and system management module.In the system design stage,this thesis designs the overall functional structure of the system.The overall architecture of the system is designed by using the current popular B/S architecture model and the popular MVC architecture.this thesis has completed the database modeling and ea.ch function module of the system.In the document information management module,the documents are electronically controlled and completed in the system.The system eliminates paper communication.In the wage information management module,the system can be calculated according to the formula of the input wage.The system can quickly generate wage statements and improve work efficiency.In the fixed assets management module,the system manages the fixed assets information.The system records the use of fixed assets and depreciation.In the accounts receivable information management mode,the system records each sales order and accounting.The system can quickly calculate the current accounts receivable.In the cashier module,the account is completed in the system.The balance of account is finished in the system.System checks computation and displays the current use of the company's funds.In the report information analysis module,this thesis provides profit analysis and debt analysis function.The system reflects the company's current revenue in time.Finally,the system is tested from two aspects of the system's functional requirements and non-functional requirements by using Black box and white box testing method.This thesis analyzes the test results and ensures the stability and reliability of the system.According to the actual demend of the financial management of the Yellow River company,the financial management system of power generation enterprise is realized.The system solves the problems such as the confusion of financial accounts,the low efficiency,the low efficiency of the financial management,and the unreasonable analysis of the market demand.As a result,it reduce the output cost of enterprises and workload,achieved the goal,which is the simplification module,the clear structure,the reasonable investment and so on.The system has a strong practicality.
