Along with the deeper development of the market competition, the business further opens, the Business Support System which is the core system for Telecommunication Corporations takes charge of the billing, balance, business extension and other core jobs, From 1998, China Mobile has started to establish the BOSS system with the "two level systems" [1] structure, it centralized management and provide operational support, the provincial companies' system take charge billing, balance and so on. From the beginning, China Mobile adopted a unified management approach. But China Unicorn's BSS was built in 2000, the development between China Unicom provincial BSS are not unified, this causes China Unicom Corporation can not manage unified, and it becomes the bottleneck on management and information sharing, difficult to deploy and implement the business strategy. Faced with the opportunity of a new round mobile market competition and the rapid development of IT technology, China Unicom promotes the construction of the new generation BSS systems with the unified version, which has laid a solid foundation for China Unicom to participate in the new round of competition in the market.With China Mobile BOSS construction completed, BOSS NMS begin to construct, After several years of operating experience, BOSS NMS play a regulatory role on monitoring BOSS, warns system failures timely, the BOSS improves BOSS system stability. China Unicom introduces the operation and maintenance systems in new generation BSS pilot project, which is the business and network management system for monitoring the new generation BSS, improves developmental pattern.This thesis analyze and research deeply based on Asialnfo's products AIOpenXpert network management system, from the system infrastructure and working principle of progressive discussions based on the technical documents on the system architecture for an in-depth study. According to the operating system experiment concluded that the principle of the work. Finally the system used in a new generation of Fujian Unicom BSS systems.Through various research and analysis, the AIOpenXpert operation and maintenance system had been understood: it provides data acquisition system to provide a file collection, command-line collection, database acquisition, etc. However, the system didn't have memory database acquisition functions, which causes the memory database processing module can't to achieve operational control, in order to adapt to the new generation BSS comprehensive monitoring of the demand, under the structure and working principle of the operation and maintenance system.This thesis introduces the design and development of the memory database acquisition subsystem of operation and maintenance of management system. From demand of memory database acquisition subsystem, using UML method to analyze, works out the field model from the use case, and works out the sequence diagram of the subsystem. As result, design and realize the class diagram based on AIOpenXpert system interface, finally the system successful runs on the Fujian Unicom operation and maintenance system to monitor operation.
