In recent years smart phone is becoming more and more important in people's daily life and more and more people begin focusing attention on their own health. The concept of e-Health has been known by more and more people. The application on smart phone is basically a real-time improvisation to meet the needs of people, and the portability of smart phone is suitable for e-Health software. Based on the above, I think it is a trend that the combine of smart phone and e-Health software. MyLife application of which I participate the development is an e-Health on Windows Phone 7 platform.The users can use MyLife for getting the real-time data when they are walking or running. They can look over the history data and set their own plans for fitness. MyLife application supply holiday reminder function and weather forecast for the users. In all five modules of MyLife application, I am responsible for the development of activity real-time monitor module, user review history data module, user set fitness program module and weather forecast module. After the test, MyLife application has been put into market. It makes a active effect in the the combine of e-Health and smart phone.After describing the background and significance of the paper, requirements analysis and business analysis are described. And then the paper describes the preliminary design. Next, the paper describes user activity real-time monitor module, user review history data module, user set fitness program module and weather forecast module the four modules'detailed design and implementation. The paper also introduces the Silverlight.
