With the opening of national two-child policy,a new birth peak has broken out in China.Because of the improvement of quality of life,many people pay more and more attention to the child-bearing and child-rearing.As one of the important reasons of neonatal death,premature babies not only their survival rate is low,but also may have the developmental defects.Therefore,it's urgent to reduce the perinatal mortality and improve the quality of the population.Early diagnosis and early treatment is the key to prevent premature birth.Uterine contraction is one of the earliest clinical symptoms of a harbinger of preterm births.It's difficult to identify the perinatal painless contractions,coupled with limited hospital high quality medical resources.And home contraction monitoring becomes a necessity.This paper designed a pregnant uterine monitoring software system which is based on the smart phone.It realizes the contractions pressure data collection,analysis,transfer,curve redrawn and health assessment,builds a multiple client,community-based,uterine monitoring system which contains pregnant uterine monitoring,health warning and information service.It contributes significantly to preventing the occurrence of premature birth and reducing perinatal mortality.The main tasks of this paper are as follows:(1)The design and implementation of contractions acquisition device: it mainly includes the design of contraction signal collection module,data storage module,WIFI communication module circuit design,power management module and acquisition device software.And this makes the acquisition,processing,analysis,storage,and upload of contraction data come true.(2)The design and implementation of cloud services platform: with the ThinkPHP framework,it completes the overall design,database design and module design of cloud services platform.Also it realizes the WeChat service number,information management service platform and mobile terminal interface of the system.(3)The design and implementation of the android application: according to the demand of the system,it completes the overall structure design,function module design,business logic module design of this application.And it realizes the WeChat service number,information management service platform and mobile terminal interface of the system.(3)The design and implementation of uterine identification and health judgement algorithm: it mainly includes the signal processing algorithm,uterine recognition algorithm and health decision algorithm.And it achieves the function of the contraction signal filtering,pressure switch,baseline treatment,effective contraction identification and heath judgement.With the contractions acquisition device,cloud services platform and the android APP,this paper has designed and realized a pregnant uterine monitoring system which is based on smart phone.Using the WeChat service number and android APP,this system has completed the exhibition and management of the contraction signal,user data,device information and heath message.This system not only provides a uterine home care solution for pregnant women to reduce the rate of premature birth and abortion,but also has an important significance in improving the level of eugenics.
