Under the online games market of fierce competition throughout the world, and there are many ways to decide whether a online game is successful, such as the quality of the game, the funny things in the game, widening the market. The game can't be qualified without the support of the game engine, because the engine can improve the operating performance, promote the efficiency of developing the game, reduce the development cycle and play down the developing costs. It can make the developers to pay close attention to how to make funny parts of the game, not to spend much time on the technology of system architecture, rendering 3D graphics, and the memory management and so on. So the game companies around the world pay much attention to design and develop the game engine, even to spend a lot of money to buy game engine from the foreign countries.The paper mainly describes how to design and implement the systems of camera in the 3D game engine, the user interface and the character animation through the deep study in the 3D game engine and on the background of Trition which is a project the author takes part in. These subsystems which are being merged in the real 3D game engine of the author's company have passed the test from the professional test team, and they can meet the needs of performance.
