In Radio and TV University (hereinafter referred to as: RTVU), comprehensive graduation practice in the open education includes two parts: general social survey (graduation internship) and graduation thesis (design, graduation work). Comprehensive graduation practice teaching is the important part of the whole teaching process, which aims to develop students'awareness of innovation and practical ability, which is the important link to achieve the objective of training practical management talents. Under the background of the "focus on content, improve quality," "run the Open University well", it is of great important to combine with actual work, to further strengthen the management and monitoring of comprehensive graduation practice, to improve the"quality evaluation criteria and norm of comprehensive graduation practice in Xinjiang RTVU ", to promote information management level.The management system in RTVU network "overall planning, grading schools, and classification management", in particular, the state of being separated among distance education students, teachers and administrators, has become difficult point to strengthen teaching process management of comprehensive practice and consolidate the teaching quality control, to achieve the goal of developing practical management talents. And it is also the key issue we must make search on and solve progressively in practice. It has become an inevitable trend that reengineering the existing teaching management process of comprehensive graduation practice, applying computer networks and multimedia technology, making full use of RTVU educational management system based on existing data resources, optimizing the management of graduation practice, forming a more complete B / S structure of information management systems of graduation practice, consequently, improving management efficiency and service levels.From the perspective of the actual management, this thesis focuses on the prominent problem in the management process of comprehensive graduation practice teaching in open education, combined with managerial practice on comprehensive graduation practice, which made a comprehensive and in-depth analysis on management of comprehensive graduation practice, developed and completed information management systems of integrated practice in TVU. Through the use of the system, it is expected to further standardize process management and monitoring of comprehensive practice, relying on computer networks and multimedia technology, to gradually realize the management informatization of comprehensive practice. Thus, the management efficiency and level can be promoted.As for the nationwide RTVU system, it is difficult to complete high quality and efficient educational management tasks without the support of educational management system. The peculiarity of RTVU and features of RTVU system are different from regular institutions of higher learning, which determine the important role of the educational management system plays in teaching and management in the entire RTVU. The completed information management system of comprehensive graduation practice centers on educational management system in RTVU. The principal advantages are the following aspects.First, the basic data of the system is from the educational management system in RTVU. The unity of the source data ensures accuracy, reduces the interference of human factors and lowers the difficulty of the system operation.Second, the system server is managed by the provincial RTVU, while the import and export of data in the system is unitarily operated by the provincial RTVU. The unified management of server and unified standards of data, eliminate the hardware inputs at all levels of RTVU, reduce the workload of using the system at different levels of RTVU and improve work efficiency and quality.Third, the system gave full consideration to the actual needs of the management, designed 4 platforms ---- a headquarter school, branch school, teaching points and students, to meet the various needs of different users. And also the query by the system function, the higher level of RTVU can monitor the completion of the work of lower levels and audit reporting, and through the system branch school can turn to the headquarter to inquire the audit results, increasing openness and transparency of management.Fourth, the system set the restrictions between data, combined the relevant requirements with the establishment of the system operation and running. It set up the restraints of the operation of the system, which greatly standardized management of comprehensive graduation practice in RTVU.Fifth, the operation of the system, made it possible not only to monitor the process management of comprehensive practice of RTVU, but also to calculate and analysis of data from the system, and on the basis the headquarter has a clear data to support for integrated assessment of this work at all levels of RTVU.As for the RTVU which specializes in modern distance education, it is indispensable to make well and full use of modern information technology, especially the application of computer network and software technology, which is the important foundation of support for teaching and management. As long as all levels of RTVU closely collaborate, the enthusiasm at all levels of RTVU is fully mobilized through the effective ways and means, teaching and management of information technology management will be able to go up a new stage.
