Design And Implementation Of Practice And Training Management System

Learning is the unity of knowledge and action.It's equivalently necessary to practice and do theoretical study.The course of practice and training is essential in colleges and universities today,so it's imperative of the supporting system.However,most exiting practice and training management system is more like information management system,and their main function is just to manage the information of practice and training.There is a limited helpful effect on teaching and learning process in practice and training,lack of arousal for initiative and enthusiasm of students,and great potential for improvement on usability.Therefore,it is very necessary for designing and developing a new system with power effect on teaching and learning,lots of arousal for initiative and enthusiasm,and ease of use.The thesis carries out the detailed requirements analysis,which first analyzes the user type and user requirements from the perspective of user,then analyzes what is the core function from the standpoint of company product positioning,after that conducts the feasibility analysis,and finally carries on the detailed functional analysis and nonfunctional analysis.The system designed and implemented in this thesis adopts the Spring Framework,uses Java as the development language,uses Tomcat as the server,and uses MySQL as the database.The author participates in the requirements analysis,design and development of the whole system,including the account management module,the notice management module,the practice and training module,the score and evaluation module and the feedback module.The practice and training module is the core module of the system,which includes management modules of practice and training,teaching materials,tasks,targets,works,reports,and the sign-in.Among them,the target management module and the sign-in management module,respectively from positive and negative,are of great incentive to students.Compared to the previous generation of practice management systems,the system provides more functions that are more conducive to the teaching and learning process in practice and training,has significant improvement in the motivation and initiative of students and a huge promotion in the ease of use,and can provide some reference for further improvement of other existing products.
