| In Xinjiang minority bilingual education is an educational system which takes Chinese and minority languages as the media of teaching and which aims to train professionals who master both Chinese and minority languages. With the rapid development of the cause of bilingual education in Xinjiang, a series of problems are highlighted, esp. the problem of bilingual teachers, which mainly embodies the serious shortage and low quality of bilingual teachers.The problem of teachers seriously influence and restrict the rapid development of bilingual education in Xinjiang, becoming the bottleneck of minority educational development. At the present stage, the main body consisting of the bilingual teachers is minority teachers who teach lessons in their native languages. It is a tough task to make them teach lessons in Chinese language, that is to say, to completely change their teaching language. The best way to gradually improve their level of Chinese language and help them become qualified bilingual teachers is to train them with the aim to improve their bilingual teaching competence. For a long time, the training task is undertaken by colleges and universities, with their efforts, a large number of qualified bilingual teachers are produced, which greatly contributes to the cause of education in Xinjiang. However, the problems existing in the training undertaken by colleges and universities are obvious and embodied in two aspects, that is, poor management and primitive conditions, the quality of teaching that should be improved.For this case, by employing the two-year minority bilingual teacher training as the background, investigating from the prospect of informationization and taking the theories of information engineering as the guidance, the thesis aims to discuss and design a set of effective management system serving for bilingual teachers training. Through the system, various resources from training schools can be effectively organized and the traditional management model can be replaced by the information management model, separating the management from the dealing with specifics, sharing various resources, making full use of all kinds of information, offering training organizations the necessary information that they need in teacher training, most importantly, with the help of the system the management of training can be strengthened, the effect of teaching plan can be supervised and the quality of training can be improved greatly.The thesis mainly focuses on the following.1,Study the current models of minority bilingual teacher training from elementary and secondary schools and illustrate the change of policy and the effect of training.2,By examining from the angle of informationization, taking the theories of information engineering as the guidance, analyze the problems embodied in training models, teaching and training management. Based on the analysis and study of the relative software technology, discuss and develop the technical plan of management system that is suitable for bilingual teacher training.3,Put forward the need of designing the management system, describe vividly the functions of different functional modules.4,By analyzing the operation flows of bilingual teacher training, such as enrollment management,teaching management and current management, design and construct the database of management system. |
