This course has complicated, update,speed and other characteristics, but each school curriculum of this class hour is little, plus,Xin Jiang is the minority residential areas, including the Uighur accounting for45%of thetotal population. therefore, I in order to promote the construction of education information,design to complete the curriculum auxiliary teaching system, The Chinese, Uyghur bilingual"computer and information technology".In recent years, the Computer aided teaching (Computer Assisted Instruction, the CAI)has promoted the rapid development of various disciplines and become the focus of teachingreform, but the traditional CAI system exists courseware development, l repetition of thecontents of the course lack of tracking and records, and can’t collect student learning feedback,cant implement well the teaching goal of the interaction between teachers and students.This thesis aims at non computer majored students of Xin Jiang normal university tolearn "computer and information technology" the curriculum of consistently used, accordingto the actual situation of basic computer course now, constructivism and autonomous learningas the theory basis, through restructuring, sorting, collect and development means to build aChinese, Uyghur bilingual "computer and information technology" The platform and usedouble kind of languages, to make up for the Xin Jiang region of the shortcomings of thetraditional teaching mode, make full use of teaching resources in under the precondition of allethnic groups of students to mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity.This paper describes the necessity of the design of the platform, the domestic and foreignresearch situation and needs analysis; also put forward the general design scheme analysis, design and development process. Introduced in detail the design and development based onB/S mode "computer and information technology" the curriculum network aided teachingplatform for the theoretical basis and some related technologies, and on this basis using ASPtechnology and Visual Studio2005as a development environment, Microsoft SQL Server2000as the backend database, to construct the auxiliary teaching platform of this course andput in the application. For teacher develop courseware of the contentframework provides construction, according to different students teachers to design thedifferent teaching methods.
