The Implement Of Software Process Management In Outsourcing Projects

Firstly this article describes the current status of software outsourcing service in China and problems happened. Secondly briefly introduces the profile of Simplified Parallel Process, SPP. And then explain how to manage one software outsourcing project from three SPP processes of project managing process, project developing process and project supporting process.
