| The pace of development in China mobile market has attracted worldwide attention, as November 2010, the State Ministry of Industry and Information showed that the number of mobile phone users in China reached 850 million; per capita penetration rate reached 62.5%. Since the 3G licenses issued from China, construction, operation and establishment of chain operators have become a major priority. It's the issues which all telecommunications operators concerned commonly that how to provide a 3G network most economically, efficient way of networking, building a safe, stable and can be a smooth transition to future 3G network.And provided users with high-speed, diversified, high-quality 3G communication services, consolidate the market share of telecom market tends toincreasingly intense competition, and increase market influence.This paper mainly described the core idea, the functional structure, functional entities of soft switch technology, and the main interface and protocol based on softswitch technology, the differences and advantages between soft-switching and the traditional MSC. Reached the 3G technology, introduced three mainstream knowledge about WCDMA, CDMA2000, TD-SCDMA 3G technology, General analysis the application of various technologies at home and abroad, then discussed technical advantages of China Unicom WCDMA networks. This paper introduced the applications of soft-switching technology in China Unicom 3G network from the perspective of soft-switching technology, summary the transformation principles of soft-switched network in China Unicom, and introduced in detail about group process of soft-switched core network in Changchun Unicom,and network structure of softswitch network, studied in detail, analyzed and compared three disaster recovery solutions about "1 +1", "N +1", "MSC IN POOL", and finally determined using the manner of MSC IN POOL building local networks for Changchun Softswitch, then achieve disaster recovery.This paper proposed operation of the network problems and solutions found with daily work, introduced Changchun Unicom addressing gateway office transformation and HLR redundancy reform for improve the quality of network, then analyzes the importance and improvement measures of the MSC IN POOL of load balancing. Changchun Unicom GSM, WCDMA core network introduced the oftswitch networking architecture of the separation of Ericsson MSC IN POOL, formed the MSC IN POOL pool group network by five MSC-Server and eight MGW. The performance in network of KPI is full compliance with technical requirements of Unicom Group, these advantages as pool group shared soft-switch load-sharing traffic, balanced traffic, reduce the Council to switch between location update and enhance system capacity were full showed. But it also found some problems with network construction and subsequent operation. Based on this situation, this paper researched and inmproved some problems about addressing, home location register disaster, load balancing Internal battery pack. Through re-planning NRI in TMSI, on the promise of capacity in single MSC user, avoid the possibility of NRI repeated. Solved the problem of MSC SELECTION failure caused by NRI adjacent values with the associated MSC POOL, improve the problem of load imbalance between the pool of MSC group. To optimize the competition in mobile communications market, avoid waste of numbers resources and to protect the interests of users, the paper analysised deeply in network of Changchun Unicom and features of device, designed the network transformation of number portability business in Changchun Unicom, and then proposed the network-building programs and technical processes of number portability. |
