Research On Knowledge Management System For Mechanical Production Design

The competitiveness of enterprises is knowledge, the competitiveness of mechanical design is also depends on the designers'knowledge, so how to implement the control and management of knowledge becomes a very critical issue. The precondition of managing an object is to know the state of this object, thus to manage an enterprise's design knowledge, we must understand the knowledge state of the designers, the design departments, and the whole enterprise design team, which can use the knowledge and avoid risk through knowledge diffusion, knowledge distribution, and knowledge integration. This article describes a Knowledge Management System (KMS), which emphasis on researching and designing knowledge detection basing on establishing the Knowledge Base (KB), and promotes the learn and management of knowledge through the research on implementation of knowledge detection and evaluation of the design team knowledge.a) Discuss the relevant research status of enterprises knowledge management, analysis the problems of the new product developing Knowledge Management, suggest the study purport and content of the Knowledge Management System including knowledge detection.b) Analysis the requirement of Knowledge Management System and design the organizational structure and functional module.c) Study on the relevant technology of Knowledge Base construction, establish the Knowledge Base of this Knowledge Management System; then make the tests of the knowledge, establish the tests base, explore the method of implementing the knowledge detection.d) Design push-pull knowledge supply mechanism and the knowledge release project, make the knowledge present to users as a better way, and assist the study.e) Research on the data output of Learning Management System in SCORM criteria, estabilish the knowledge statistical model of design team, obtain knowledge detection evaluation, and authorize experts according to the evaluations results.f) Run the system on Web platform, it is not only support learning and share knowledge for the enterprise, but also monitor the enterprise's knowledge state on real-time. The research's application instance is three Knowledge Base of tank armored vehicle that designed face on manufacture.This article studies a Knowledge Management System including a function of knowledge state detection according to the requirement of enterprises knowledge management, which assists the employee learning, helps enterprises manager to know the state of knowledge and make decision. The innovation of this Knowledge Management System, not only has a theoretical significance, but also has great application significance.
