Design And Implementation Of Coal Mine Production Management System Based On Knowledge Management

Coal industry as traditional energy industry, is an important component of China's national economy. Its production management informationization construction directly relate to the process of China's national economy and social informationization However, because of the late start and the complex production conditions in the coal industry, it is far behind the development of other industries in the information building. So, it has been unable to meet a high level of management and decision-making needs. In order to raise the level of management, and promote the safe and efficient coal production, the author designed a production management system based on knowledge management and data mining.This study originates from project "Pattern Research of Production Management Information System of Zhuzhuang Coal Mine in Huaibei Mining Group". Originally, Zhuzhuang Coal Mine Production Management System based on the use of working instruction formed from work experience. It mainly prepared production plan and arranged process all by hand. This poor decision-guidance system, with big workload and low efficiency, largely limited production management. This study has reformed traditional production management model according to Zhuzhuang Coal Mine's production management features. Its target is to realize production decision-making management scientifically as an assistant by using the technique of production standardized management, the production process flow informationization management, working procedure information knowledge library, and data mining technology.Of this study was completed the following part of the work:First, it puts up the unification code to the Zhuzhuang coal mine production management information, has realized the multi-department's information sharing, and has laid the foundation for the Zhuzhuang later informationization.Second, it standardizes the coal mine shaft main production working procedure process, carries on the real-time control and the management to the production process, and realizes the enhancement production efficiency and production security.Third, Obtains from the most basic technique of production process to realize the production informationization management, completes the informationization of the first floor unit construction; establishes standardization working procedure information knowledge library, completes knowledge gain, knowledge express and knowledge maintenance; union data mining technology, auxiliary production flow management decision.Fourth, in Windows2000 the Server operating system, unifies the ASP homepage programming and three data bank administration technology, designs and implements a production decision-making management system based on the B/S sandwich construction.This paper has researched the coal mine production management system development's method, the development strategy, the development pattern and the production working procedure network chart optimization. Integrates the knowledge management and the data mining realize the system auxiliary production management decision-making, and aims at the Zhuzhuang coal mine production line's actual situation, has given the implementation plan which the working procedure optimization replaces. Realized saw namely the obtained printing function, but also to the user management, the data inducted, derives as well as the database backup and restores the method to conduct the research, and has realized these functions on this system.
