With the national “Tri-network Integration” strategy proposed and the “One Province,One Network” programs of broadcast and TV networks in all the provinces implemented,the business of broadcast and TV networks is turning to market-orientedentrepreneurial activities.The broadcast and TV networks company which used to be prominent in public nature,under government pricing control,and non-market managed,have proved to be of industry attribute.With the competition from the rivals,many companies of broadcast and TV networks company are operated in the way of grid management which integrated the marketing with maintenance.As the largest and most direct basic job in the broadcast and TV company,the account manager plays an important role in the grid management.In the early stage of grid management,the human resource management in broadcast and TV network company is incomplete and the mechanism of encouragement has not be established yet.How to establish the scientific,fair,reasonable and effective incentive mechanism becomes a important urgent issue for the broadcast and TV network company around the country,and Improving the incentive mechanism is of great significance.In this paper,the current situation and faults of the incentive mechanism for account managers in J Branch of Fujian Broadcast and TV Network Company is studied into.With advanced theories in incentive mechanism referred to and empirical methods,investigation methods and statistical methods applied,this paper finally gives the suggestions about how to improve the incentive mechanism for account managers of broadcast and TV networks.Firstly,this paper provides the background of grid management which integrated the marketing with maintenance,and points out the main problems of the incentive mechanism for account managers in broadcast and TV network companies in the early stage of grid management reform.Then,the article reviews the main theories of incentive mechanism in the west.Subsequently,the article analyzes the current situation of the customer manager incentive mechanism of J branch of Fujian Broadcast and TV Network Company.Finally,this paper gives some measures for the implementing guarantee of new incentive mechanism.
