Research On The Gobernment Online Pubic Opinion Infomation Management Model Based On Web2.0

In recent years, online public opinion reached an unprecedented level, a number of international and domestic major event came into being online media rapidly, and generated enormous public pressure. To some extent, the relevant departments, agencies and even public figures cannot adopt an indifference attitude to it. If some gusty online public opinion can not be able to settled appropriately, it is quite likely to make public suffer from a negative emotion and behavior. Consequently, it will deem to adverse to social order and attribute to a serious threat to social stability.To deal with online public opinion properly, integrate existing Web2.0 technology and resources and build government online public opinion information management model, collect and analysis online public opinion initiatively, build warning system for online public opinion, manage and guide public opinion on the network correctly, eliminate the positive impact of online public opinion, establish a rapid emergency response mechanism for online public opinion , make the network public opinions to be a motivation to the development of social economic and policy,those are of important practical significance now.This paper firstly focused on the analysis of the background and significance of the governmental online public opinion information management model based on Web2.0, and then described relevant theories of online public opinion based on Web2.0, specified the basic concepts, rules of formation and dissemination and main features of online public opinion based on Web2.0. Do the study according to the theory of governmental online public opinion information management based on Web2.0 again, interpreted the meaning of governmental online public opinion information management and relationship between e-government and governmental online public opinion information management, the basic principle of government online public opinion information management based on Web2.0 and the process of online public opinion information during gathering, analysis, guidance and management. On this basis, the governmental online public opinion management information model based on Web2.0 and several subsystems were established, including the dynamic gathering model of online public opinion information, collecting and gathering model of online public opinion information, government decision-making support system model of online public opinion, and make comparison with the traditional governmental online public opinion information management model. Finally, this paper made a brief introduction to the application of the governmental online public opinion information management model based on Web2.0 by two aspects: the techniques based on Web2.0 and the application of dealing with crisis management-- urgent online public opinion information management.
