In recent years the network public opinion is more and more active, which indicatethat the Internet is becoming the birthplace of public opinion. When the Internetbecomes the expression platform of public opinion, the development and support of thenetwork technology is an important factor that can not be ignored. Therefore, in thecontext of the rapid development of China’s network public opinion and networktechnology, this paper will take the network technology and network public opinion as theresearch object, mainly analyze the impact of Web2.0technologies on the elements ofnetwork public opinion.Based on the structural theory of Giddens, this paper holds that the network publicopinion under the Web2.0is the result of the interaction of the network publics and socialenvironment, and manifested by certain social events.As a result, the elements of networkpublic opinion is divided into3parts: network publics, network social environment, andsocial events. Combined with Web2.0technology, this paper points out that the shape andpattern of the network public opinion:Microblogging, popular emerging network platform;Blog, SNS communities keep to follow-up;News thread, BBS forum continue to play arole.The impact of Web2.0on the elements of network public opinion is that the newopinion class on the rise, the right of communication to become flattened, opinion leadersstill exist; and the Web2.0creates a virtual community, which makes extension andrebellion to the real social environment; Besides, the Web2.0promotes the type of eventcivilians, and improves the transparency and dissemination of the events. The influence ofWeb2.0on these three elements of the network public opinion, prompts the prosperousof the network public opinion.
