| Although commercial letter is an important means for postal business customers to promote business, maintain customers and carry out other activities, in the actual delivery process, the irregular, incomplete or incorrect name and address information on it seriously affects the processing efficiency and appropriate delivery rate, and as a result, postal delivery sector can not effectively deliver commercial letters, thus triggering the dissatisfaction and complaints of customers'upon postal enterprise.Through research analysis on the main problems existing in postal delivery process of commercial letter, this paper presents solution to the delivery service system of commercial letter. Using B/S network mode, the solution developed a "Commercial letter sorting, sealing, dispatching and delivery system" on the basis of such software products as SQL Server database, Windows2000Server system, etc. Moreover, fuzzy matching and database query optimization techniques were successfully used in the system to improve the matching and query efficiency of name and address information.Currently, the system has passed the test and acceptance, and it is shown through the application by the Bureau of Xi'an Postal Commercial Letter in the actual production that the system is simple to operate, meets actual business needs, and accumulates experience for the subsequent informatization of commercial letter business. |
