The Design And Implementation Of Letter Subsystem In Letter And Visit System Of The People's Court

In July 2016,the Supreme People's Court proposed to advance informationization and build a 3.0 version of the People's Court Information System centered on big data analysis.The Tianjin High People's Court responded to the call to promote the informationization of the Tianjin Court and upgrade the Letter and Visit System.The original Letter and Visit System is based on the development of C/S mode.As a subsystem in the comprehensive information system of the court,the function is not perfect,so the court proposed the construction of a Letter and Visit System based on the B/S model.The new Letter and Visit System adopts MVC architecture,which combines Hibernate,Spring,SpringMVC,POI,Lucene,Bootstrap and other popular front-end technologies to develop.At present,the system has been tested on the Tianjin High People's Court to meet the requirements for use and has won praise from the court staff.This thesis focuses on the design and implementation of the Letter Subsystem in Letter and Visit System.The main tasks are as follows:(1)Analyze the requirements of the project,and then outline the design of the project,the module division of the project,and the database structure design,and highlight the detailed design of the project.(2)This thesis describes the implementation of each module of the system in detail,including letter of registration(including letters information registration and preservation),letter processing(including incoming letter registration information modification,processing method selection and processing incoming letter),acceptance of incoming letter(including information overview and modification processing methods),account management,situation analysis and rights management module(including user management,role management and rights management).
