Based on the introductions of the UML, our team using extraction method to extract component; Through the establishment of a clear analytical model to better understand the system; At the same time it makes the problem domain object clearer and more beneficial to system design and development.When achieving the system objective, in view of the user queries have a higher query needs, and require simple operation, fast response. We decided to use ORACLE TEXT technology to achieve efficient retrieval. This paper focuses on the principles of the technology, application, implementation process, etc.; the advantages will be emerged on system database response speed and enhance user experience enhancement after these technologies have been imported.System developed by B/S model.
