| Logistics distribution of real time is the most intuitive reflect logistics enterprise comprehensive strength,and the customer time window directly decided to real-time logistics distribution,the diversification of customer needs that customers generally have more than one acceptable period of time,the time window is often have the characteristics of fuzziness,so logistics enterprises need to consider the relationship between the customer more time window,specify the corresponding distribution route.However,in reality,due to some reasons,the customer's delivery address may change temporarily,which will affect the time when the vehicle arrives at the customer point,increase the cost of logistics enterprises,and make the original distribution scheme no longer optimal.Therefore,the effective adjustment scheme after rapid generation of interference is not only of theoretical significance,but also of important practical significance for the society and enterprises.Firstly,the initial model is constructed.Then,after the disturbance of address change occurs,the idea of disturbance management is introduced,and the disturbance problem of distribution address change is quantitatively analyzed from three aspects of customer satisfaction,distribution deviation cost of logistics enterprise,and satisfaction of distribution salesman,and the disturbance model considering distribution address change is constructed under the multi-fuzzy time window of customers.Then the genetic algorithm is improved and combined with simulated annealing algorithm.Finally,with the example of A logistics enterprise in A city,the model and algorithm are applied to solve the adjustment scheme.Then,the interference management scheme is compared with the original scheme and the rescheduling scheme,and the basic genetic algorithm is compared and analyzed to verify the superiority of this method.The research results of this paper provide decision support for the real-time optimization and scheduling of vehicles in logistics distribution center by dealing with the disturbance event of customer distribution address change,which is beneficial to improve the decision-making efficiency and service level of logistics enterprises. |
