This thesis is based on an advanced research project of our Research Institute. Through radar networking and by way of mobile self-built network, communication network platform for intelligence command system can be established, which can significantly improve "Four anti-capability" (anti-electronic countermeasure, anti-radiation weapon, anti-low altitude raiding and anti-stealthy target) of radar systems in future high-tech battlefield, and it is benefit to achieve functional compensation and source sharing; meanwhile radar range coverage can be enlarged, system reaction time will be shorten, and longer alarming time can be obtained and reliability and credibility of radar can both be improved.System architecture of mobile self-built network is analyzed, a grading distributed system architecture featuring better scalability, stronger anti-destroy ability and higher networking agility which is more suitable for command control system is specially introduced. A communication network model for intelligence command system is provided based on the requirements on communication of netted radars.Routing algorithms for mobile self-built network are introduced, several typical routing protocols are explored and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. A dynamic source routing (DSR) mixed routing algorithm based on location is proposed; the algorithm is a good solution in which credibility and security of nodes and stability of the network architecture are all considered; it is benefit to improve network reliability and avoid bottleneck effect. Simulation results show that higher transmission success rate and shorter end-to-end delay in mobile status can be obtained by using of the DSR mixed routing algorithm based on location.Finally, issues related to routing security of the mobile self-built network are analyzed, existing authentication mechanism for mobile self-built network are introduced, and a security authentication system for routing protocol of intelligence command system is put forward, and system safety is analyzed.
