Recently, research and study on LTE(Long Term Evolution) base station and terminal has become a tendency. The LTE has been accepted by the majority of the operators because of its technology and cost advantages. Based on the LTE base-band chip project, this dissertation makes research and analysis on the PUSCH channel of LTE.Firstly, the key technologies used in LTE transmission system are introduced in this paper and the principles, advantages and disadvantages of OFDM and MIMO are also analyzed. Then, major work is focused on the algorithm of CRC attachment, Turbo channel encoding, Rate matching, symbol modulation and some other important parts in PUSCH process link. According to the 3GPP standard and protocols, the PUSCH processing functions are built in E verification language environment. The whole structure used for verification of the reference modules and the design flow charts are given in this paper. These reference modules are putted into the verification testbench and a perfect verification environment is developed for the LTE baseband chip with the verification testcases.Finally, structure of the hierarchical testbench and standard interfaces are emphasized under eRm reusable principle. The whole testbench can be easily used and transplanted under different environment instruments.
