Design And Implementation Of Telecommunications Management Network Operation Maintenance Center Configuration Management System

Based on the Research of Unified Element Management Platform (Uep), the structure design of Operation Maintenance Center (OMC) Configuration Management System is completed in this paper, achieving Configuration Management System Man Machine Line (MML) configuration and the development of MML commands, the tool combined the batch processing of MML commands is designed to quickly configure the network data.Firstly, the basic concepts, architecture, logic model and management function of Telecommunications Management Network (TMN), as well as the network structure and interface type of Time Division-Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access (TD-SCDMA) network Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network (UTRAN), are introduced in this paper.Secondly, the design proposal of OMC Configuration Management System structure is given through the research of the Uep Network Management Platform, and its structure combined the proposal is designed; The specific structure of configuration Work Station Function (WSF), configuration Operation System Function (OSF) and configuration Element Medium Function (EMF) are respectively designed according to their function in the OMC Configuration Management System; OMC Configuration Management System and the Uep Network Management Platform through the design of Configuration Management System interface to complete the connection; Configuration Management System MML configuration is realized with emphasis, achieving the structure design of MML configuration and the function of the main module as well as the development of MML commands.Finally, the design proposal of the tool to quickly configure the network data is given through the development of MML commands, combining the batch processing of MML commands; through the two parts realization of the ground and the wireless, it completed implementation of the tool; the tool's design idea is: it simulates Graphical User Interface (GUI) through Excel form, the MML commands script and the Excel form will be bound with Visual Basic for Application (VBA) programming, then output MML commands script to configure the whole the data of Network device.
