Under this situation, government demands to accommodate the management of laboratory into the modern management and put it in the predominant position.This essay regards laboratory as the researching object, view modern management as background and then to discuss how to design and realize the open system without management. This system is established according to the software engineering thought strictly. It adopts modular designing program, takes advantage of network communication programming, three-layer database developing technology & ADO visiting data components, and then develops the module of card management on the machine, the module of levorotary management, the module of inquiry & statistic, the module of handle incidence and the module of customer management. At the same time, this essay also analysis the operating modern of open laboratory and put forward the solving programme of open laboratory managing system.Open laboratory management system chooses Windows as the developing platform, the selected developing tool is Delphi integrated developing environment that bases on Windows platform. The database adopts popular Microsoft SQL Server 2000. Its main function includes a server-side-on card management, lab-on machine condition monitoring, laboratory machine management and query, statistical & laboratory exception handling machine. Client realized function includes on-machine management, off-machine register, the modification of user s password, records of check on the machine and the recharge, client connection parameters and client processes to achieve self-protection.In order to solve the mentioned problems and relieve laboratory managers from the daily tedious and repetitive work, open laboratory managing system is researched & developed on the base of current computer laboratory network, and then make use of variety of resource of laboratory. Colleague realizes the open management in real sense, and promotes laboratory management to one new stage.
