The basis data management and guide line analysis system is to be implementing based on under the precondition of the information development planning of,national electricity network in the eleventh 5 years’ planning,in which the unified platform for data exchange is the basis of the system.It is responsible for extracting data in certain time from various business systems’ corresponding databases,and processing data with suitable modes.It reduces load of the server,as well as shields from pertinences of the business systems.It does not affect capabilities of the original sysytems,at the same time,it can ensure unitarity and sharability of the basis data, and also satisfy the basis data requirements for all of the automatic calculating guide lines or as the basis for other analysis sysytem in future,i.e.,construction of the platform not only satisfies the requirement of this system,but also has openness and scalability.This paper analyzes the logic plan of the basis data management and analysis system on the basis of researching electric Power management status and the comprehensive needs analysis,including System analysis and Structural design. This paper establish the main framework of The basis data management and analysis system,and analyzing the System and the Computing model of electric Power company,and determining the subject domain of the system.This paper use the SAS BI in this system based on B/S structure.The innovation points of this paper as follows:1.Put SAS\IntrNet into electric Power company,and realize the function of The basis data management and analysis system.Establish the the basis data management and analysis system based on B/S structure.2.Establish the unified platform for data exchange to realize the data sharing and unity of electric Power company.Determining the subject domain of the system using SAS/WA to design from SAS company.3.This system consider the law of different industries,different regions, different periods of electricity,integrate with their advantages,and develop the forecast model in the system development.Design the prediction algorithms in electricity sales of index growth,S-type and Gompertzlan-type.
