Research On The Efficiency And Construction Of Enterprises Decision Making System Based On Business Intelligence Of Entire-Employee

This thesis tries to put every staff and customer into a part of business intelligence and speed the efficiency of decision making by checking the positive role of every staff between enterprise decision and their own execution and revising the negative affect. Based on the case of some manufacturing company which put the entire employee business intelligence into application, this thesis will give an overall analyze in process construction, systematic contents and application efficiency of business intelligence. Meanwhile, comparing a same industry application effect of enterprise decision making system of traditional business intelligence, discovering a new one which can help enterprise make a more effective and prompt decision is what to devote in the discussion of this thesis.This thesis consists of 6 parts. The first part mainly illustrates the research background, meaning, research and application status of entire employee BI, as well as the research content and methods, which are theoretical foundation and instructional methodology for this thesis. The second part is about detailed elaboration of entire employee BI, which contains its concept, function and application field, etc. The third part is introduction of the architecture and technology of BI decision supporting system. The forth part shows the whole constructing process of entire employee BI system including demand analysis, data acquiring and final effect revealing through the example of a manufacturing company. The fifth part compares the application effects of traditional BI and entire employee BI, emphasizing the unique advantage of the latter. The final part concludes the reference significance of entire BI for the aeronautical manufacturing industry, the existing difficulties during the implementation of BI system. Finally it also brings forward prospect of entire employ BI.
