Nowadays the technology of reconfiguration is the hot area of the circuit designing technology. As the newer designing technology, the reconfiguration not only has the software's smart, but also has the hardware's high speed. At the configurable circuit designing and space engineering, the technology of reconfiguration has been widely used. But the difficulty point in the designing, are between hardware and controlling reconfigure communication and the pattern of configure.This paper mainly discussed the RF filter's designing of the reconfigurable technology. The RF filter uses the inductance on the chip, and the reconfiguration uses MOS switch to control. The paper's task is designing the reconfigurable filter of the RF transceiver at front-end, on the technology of the SMIC 0.18um CMOS. The paper analyses the spiral inductance and variable capacitance of the technology SMIC.The main work is:1, Operating voltage is 1.8V, communication frequency are (1) 880MHz~960MHz,(2) 1710MHz~1880MHz,(3) 1.88GHz~1.92GHz,(4) 1920MHz~2170 MHz,(5)2.01GHz~2.025GHz the five band-pass frequency. The filter uses LC device.2, The reconfigurable part uses the MOS switch, and controlling the gird voltage to change the device.3, The discussing about the reconfigurable digital controlling, and the pattern of the digital controlling and communication. After it the paper gives the feasible alternative.
