The hidden defects in the internal quality of software products can not be completely avoided for the characteristics of the software and the current development model commonly used. And software quality defects cause great loss of wealth in society has a common example. Therefore, people need to fully and effectively to protect the software testing software quality and to avoid the risks due to quality issues.Nowadays, testing of the software is still in its infancy in China, and a standard system initially established in our country. But, in the process from the standard system to the regulated specific the implementation, effective management tools are needed to support applications and ensure implementation of the results. Most software testing process management and forms only stay in line with the level of the document with backward and inefficient means. Therefore, we should consider the whole process of software testing and software testing process based on the current model to establish a set of management tools that meet the test requirements for the software test process management project, and to provide technical support.For these problems, under the guidance of the concept in software engineering ,based on its rich experience in software testing projects, and its good software testing technology, and fully considering the special nature of process management of the software testing models, and drawing on theories of management related subjects, with reference of domestic and international software testing process models of existing management standards and regulations, developing strict, quantitative management tool software testing process, we make the testing process can be effectively managed and controlled, and will greatly improve software quality and efficiency of the testing process, thus ensuring more effective models of the software's overall quality.
