Research On Optimization Of Software Test Management Of M Company's Securities Trading System

Fintech is reshaping the financial industry ecology of the securities industry,and the quality of securities trading system software has become one of the core competitiveness of securities firms.Software testing management is an important means to ensure the quality of the securities trading system software.The user’s demands for the securities trading system in many aspects,such as diversified demands,high availability,system stability,and rapid system response have made the requirements for software testing management higher and higher.How to improve the software testing management level of M company and meet the demand of the company’s business and technological development is an urgent problem that needs to be faced and solved in the digital transformation process.This paper takes M company’s securities trading system software testing management as the research object,deeply analyzes the current status and existing problems,summarizes and concludes a set of practical and feasible optimization schemes,and overall improves the M company’s securities trading system software testing management level.Firstly,the paper introduces the research background,significance,and related theories of software testing management,and analyzes the development of software testing management at home and abroad.Secondly,the current software testing management status is analyzed from the aspects of testing organization structure,testing management system,testing management process,testing procedure management,etc.;According to the summary and analysis of the current situation,the current problems in software testing management include limited scope of software testing,shortage of testing human resources,insufficient management system,and insufficient testing process management.Comprehensive analysis shows that the main reasons for software testing management problems are the lack of clear job responsibilities,low software testing awareness,high complexity of the securities trading system,insufficient testing skills,and lack of an effective supervision mechanism.Furthermore,based on the existing problems of M Company,and combined with the company’s fintech strategic development direction,a comprehensive optimization scheme for the software testing management of the M company’s securities trading system is proposed.The optimization scheme includes organizational structure and system optimization,testing process optimization,testing process optimization,and testing management platform optimization,etc.Finally,corresponding implementation strategies and safeguard measures are proposed for the optimization scheme to ensure the effective implementation of the optimization scheme,and the effect of M company’s implementation is evaluated.The implementation results reveal that testing skills,testing efficiency and product quality have been improved after the implementation of the optimization scheme.Software testing management optimization is a long-term and continuous improvement work.This paper aims to not only improve the software testing management level of M company,but also expect to make some inspirations and contributions to the development of software testing management in the securities industry,and promote the development of the testing ecosystem in the securities industry.
