| With the rapid development and application of continuous in-depth of computer technology, network technology, database technology, especially in the combination of these technologies and the geographic information system technology is improving daily,making research and development of cadastral management information system to have entered a new phase. Many foreign countries have been established successfully the cadastral management information systems. "Land and Resources Information Eleventh Five-Year plan" requests to resolve the key issues of the land and resources management, and gradually form a national integrated information system from top to bottom linkage in land and resources, which has great catalytic role to build and research Cadastral Management Information System in my country. WebGIS based on Internet is one of the main directions on GIS, so the construction and research of cadastral management information system based onWebGIS become a hot research question.While traditional cadastral management information system having some problems that are network, data sharing and management of mass data, but the characteristics of globalization applications of WebGIS and the real popular GIS have broaden the applications of traditional cadastral management information system. This paper analysis the concrete implementation of WebGIS technology about client side and server side in comparative form, and designs the general framework of the Cadastral Management Information System based on WebGIS. According to spatial data organization model, it divides spatial data into rational layers and designs rational storing table structure for attribute data. Using SuperMap IS. NET 2008 development platform complete to code and debug system. The system possesses simple and beautiful interface, and is able to meet the needs of the public.The full paper included five parts. The first chapter introduction, by understanding abroad success cases and efforts of our country in cadastre management, develops practical research objectives and contents of the paper. Chapter II focused introduces to make the cadastral data standardized in accordance with industry standards of land. Chapter III is the key technical studies based on the WebGIS system development, and this chapter detailed analysis the advantages and disadvantages of various implementation technologies of the WebGIS,including client and server side. Chapter IV is the overall design of the Cadastral Management Information System based on WebGIS, and this chapter makes the overall design, function module division and database design for the system according with Software Engineering. Chapter V is achievement of the System, and this chapter encodes and completes the system function modules according with the overall objectives and principles of the system. |
