The Study On Integration Of The Governmental Books, Information And Archives Under E-Government Environment

With the advent of knowledge economic age, the government which is the central of information resources, collects and maintains a lot of information; however, its umbrella organization and vague delimitation of function limits the role of governmental information resources. How to strengthen the function of government and fully use of governmental information, that is a big problem for the government. Base on above reasons, the study on integration of governmental books, information and archives is developed. Its theory study focuses on the relation of governmental books, information and archives, and the relationship between e-government and integration of governmental books, information and archives. On the other hand, its aims to build the leadership and management system of information database for integration of governmental books, information and archives on practice. In a word, the methodology combining theory with practice is followed in the process of the study. As a part of building e-government, integration of governmental books, information and archives also a system construction, which mainly studies on Systematic Method.
