Described the blast furnace control system and the PLC and WinCC in the design of control systems.This transformation basis blast furnace craft to the computer supervisory system request, uses Siemens S7-300 series PLC and industry control computer (IPC), composes take the industry ethernet as the foundation computer control system. Mainly completed to the blast furnace main body, the winch system and the hot blast stove process control system design. The WinCC HMI was designed based on the host machine, include the monitor pictures and relative program, which was responsible for the process data monitoring, historic data archive, and alarm detection.The practical operation of the control system shows that it runs stably and safely, the operation and maintenance are simplified, and the control effect is perfect and the cost was reduced. |
