With the rapid development of the economy, there is a great increase in electricity consumption, and the news of electric power shorage is frequently heard everywhere in our country. Power cut not only causes enterprises to incur considerable loss, but gets the residents'normal life greatly influenced. To improve the environment of electric energy consumption and make sure the power supply circuitry go smoothly and safely, the power supply circuitry must be monitored.The monitoring system of power supply circuitry is a kind of device that can monitor and tell us at any moment whether there is power cut by sending message to the advance reserved combined set number through inner combined set and the technology of GPRS so that the electricians could learn the situation of power transmission and deal with any power failure when necessary.There are four points in this article:First, based on the research of the structure and the embedded system of the power supply circuitry, a power supply system has been designed.Second: by analysing the properties of LPC2114,GT900C, power supply circuitries for LPC2114,GT900C will be determined, the hardware system will be accomplished and the corresponding anslysis has been made systematically.Third: based on the ready designe of hardware of power supply circuitry, designing the software so that it can cooperate with the hardware to implement the function of monitoring the situation of power cut and sending brief message, making comparison and contrast between different developing platforms for software maintenance, this article has advanced the designe plan for software maintenance, and determined to get working the Microsoft Visual C++ software programme implements on PC in terms of serial communication protocol, to compile programme and connect the serials between PC and the devices for the purpose of monitoring. Fourth: testing of functions of system software and maintenance softwareThe result of the research has revealed that this system has greatly shortened the time of dealing with power failure, ensured the safety, stability, high efficiency of power supply circuitry while working. It is worth popularizing thanks to the simple design method, convenient operation as well as low cost.
