The Design And Implement Of Finance Office System Based On WEB

Over the past 20 years, on-line application of the financial office system has been developed rapidly, especially in recent years, the development of the Internet/ Intranet technology has provided a good support environment for the enterprises to establish MIS system. Building an enterprise financial management platform by using WEB technology aims at exploring an Internet-based financial management, by which we can create a new environment to make financial management breakthrough time and space constraints, improve work efficiency and management level, and realize that enterprise managers, employees can work and communicate at any time, any place via the web.This paper mainly discusses the implementation of WEB-based on-line financial office system, designed and developed by VB.NET technology. In the beginning, the paper introduces the present situation and development trend of domestic management information system, and then discusses the B/S architecture and the development platform of SQL Server database system. From online financial office system's needs analysis to start to explain each module's functions, as well as the specific design and implementation of back-end database.In this system, we design and implement three modules:the user login module, data input module and data inquiry module. The user login module implements that users use system entry and at the same time determining the users'rights. This module encrypts the users'name and password by DES and MD5. Data input module designs all kinds of documents formatively by using Crystal Reports and the VEBTREE technology in the department and categories selection. Data inquiry module includes the various documents detail inquiry, account inquiry, information and basic data inquiry, loan inquiry, as well as a variety of report inquiry and summary inquiry. In the summary inquiry function of the data inquiry module, a cross-reporting is used, which is one of the programming techniques in the system.It has been proved by practice that the development of this system has a certain promote and practical value on the similar systems.
