With the gradual implementation of the Made in China 2025 Program,many small and medium-sized enterprises relying on inexpensive labor in China are facing industrial transformation and upgrading.More and more enterprises in the manufacturing industry are developing towards multi-variety,small-batch and intelligent manufacturing.In the traditional production of office seats,most enterprises still rely on human resources for industrial production.There is no automatic upgrade of professional equipment and the handling between processes also relies on manual transportation of delivery trolley.When orders are long,the labor intensity of workers is too great to guarantee the quality.Therefore,the research on the control system of the production line of office seat backframe can be used for reference by the office chair and traditional furniture industry in the aspects of robot path planning,production line layout simulation and control system design,which has important practical significance.This subject takes Yongyi Furniture Co.,Ltd.office seat back frame production line construction as background,takes PLC as control system,replaces traditional manual production and transportation with six-axle industrial robots,and the control system connects all processing equipment to realize the automation of production line.The specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,the production line of office seat back frame is planned as a whole,and the process flow and existing problems of traditional manual production line are analyzed.Then a new layout design of the production line is carried out according to the production balance theory.The new layout is controlled by industrial robots and PLC to transport and process the workpieces of the production line.Secondly,the three-dimensional path planning of the robot is carried out,and the significance of studying the robot path planning is clarified;the concept of traditional artificial potential field method and its algorithm flow and defects are introduced;the artificial potential field method is improved from three aspects,and the path planning of the robot in the production line of office seat backframe is completed by MATLAB programming.Then,DELMIA is used to simulate the production line of the office seat back frame.The product line model is imported into DELMIA,and the rationality analysis and layout optimization of the whole production line are realized in the software.The interference and collision problems of the robots in the production line and the balance of the production line are analyzed and solved.The optimization of the rhythm in the production line is analyzed and the off-line procedure of the robots is completed.Finally,the PLC control system of backframe production line is designed.Firstly,the overall scheme and network architecture are designed in the hardware design,and the relevant hardware is selected.In the software design,the functional requirements are analyzed and the control flow chart is compiled.The HMI interface is designed,the hardware configuration is carried out in TIA Protal,and the trapezoid diagram program is compiled.The program simulation debugging is completed by using S7-PLCSIM simulation software.The result shows that the control system of the production line can make the production line fulfill the production task according to the output demand and the calculation rhythm,which has a high reference value for the path planning of the robot and the simulation analysis of the production line for the traditional manufacturing industry.
