As is known to all, financial work relates to a large number of important information transmission, all kinds of information transmission flow are not only complex but also having strict requirements to review personal office; Even more important, as important institutions of the Government, the financial sector has special strict requirements for security of the daily working. But in the daily work of Changyi city finance bureau, we find that there are some prevalent problems in the financial sector office processes. The Changyi finance bureau internal of personal office management process and way are relatively old, and viewing from management process, and efficiency and implementation angle, they are not optimistic, some even also still use traditional of manual management way, eventhrough some have assist management of system, the functions and design of software system are very limited which has a big distance from development and changes of actual businesses, so they are not satisfied. With the changes and developments of network, Changyi City Finance Bureau has to adopt a new set of management measures for individual office management.According to the actual situation of ChangYi finance bureau, in the development process it carries on the requirements analysis based on the object-oriented analysis and design thought, and has an object oriented design to each function combined with the wide application of computer technology, and finally it achieves a personal office management system which is suit for ChangYi finance bureau. The system uses the J2EE architecture, uses Tomcat as a server, uses SQL SERVER2005as the back-end data support, uses MVC to develop multi-tier architecture design mode, all of this ensure a good maintenance of the system and at the same time enhancing processing capacity and achieve the separation of data and view, and technically it makes the system extensibility and maintenance strong. This paper has a design to the achievement goals of the whole process of personal office management, makes the system architecture, and a reliable operation of the network management system platform and security environment with adaptability, reliability, affordability, scalability. The author of this paper is responsible for the design and realization of parts of personal office management system in this program and participates in the optimization design of data, and this paper will focus on this.The personal office management system for Changyi city finance bureau which is used for the daily office work of Changyi City Finance Bureau provides networking paging management, my notes, job diary management, schedule management, planning sumary management, my task management, and address book management functions. Web page management, through which users can quickly send information to the people whom the user wants to give, and you can send text and send any information which includes pictures, sounds, videos, etc by way of attachment; My note management is to facilitate the daily work on the computer for record of the loose ends or inspiration. Job diary management is to implement electronic journal delivery management; Schedule management can make schedule of now or some time, and you can set a reminder time in advance, the system will alert users automatically by network paging; Plan summary management records the work summary of past a period time and work plan of future, in the conclusion drawn from the past work experience as a reference for future phase, making the plan more accurately; My task management is used for the leaderships to arrange and check the tasks for the staff, and at the same time, used for the staff to report and inqury the taskes; Address book management is divided into external and internal address book, internal address book refers to the system’s internal personnel which is public, any person can inspect, and the external address book is everyone’s private address book which is established, other people are not able to access if it does not open.The application of personal office management system for Changyi city finance bureau makes personal office business management more convenient, process thoughts more clear; And it timely feedbacks various personal office information to leadership, ensures the quickly implementation of personal office management, and enhances personal office efficiency.
