The Study Of Reports On Female Emotion In New Century "Oriental Women"

Female, as half of humanity—mothers,wives,daughters, is not only the topic to themselves, but also to male forever. As long as human society exists, female will always be the focus of discussion. To some extent, the quality life of women is directly related to the quality life of mankind. Because of this, from the early 1980s until today, people are still enthusiastic to explore it and deepen to it.As society developing,female self-consciousness awakening and strengthening,the emergence of feminist thinking,the rise of the feminist movement,women's social status improving,Women are active in various fields, getting attention from all walks of social life and also from the Scholars'attention. The scholars begin the research of feminist with sociology, psychology, media and other disciplines, and women's studies are diversified.This paper focus on the all journals in"Oriental Women"in 2000–2009. In the reports of women's emotional performance, they from the overall report awareness of gender equality and humane care to promote positive femals and emotional world of women, discuss the problem and its social origin existed in the women media's reporting on women's emotions, adovacate emotional independence of women, and promote women's independent spirit culture. But between these reports, there are still imbalance reports on women in different strata, different regions, and different cultural levels. And the reports shows that journalists intentional or unintentional awareness of gender inequality and the lose of female self-consciousness.As one of Women Media,"Oriental Women"is deserved for positive evaluation about its concerns for women'and their successful women reports. However, it is introspective to the problems of the imbalance in the reports, stiff female gengder conscilousness and social awareness of gender inequality, and that also for other media in reporting on women.
