Awareness Of Women's Periodicals And Women

Since late 20th century, The relationship between media and women had been concerned by communication, sociology and political science, and many other subjects.It also have attracted scholars from different countries all over the word. The studies between media and women have became the focus of the industry and their scholar. But the research on Chinese media and women is still at an initial stage. the women's journal study of our country does not mature enough,too. so does the female consciousness research. Some scholars have pointed out that although there are some gender stereotypes in the women's journal but they did not conduct a thorough systematic study about it.In recent years,the woman's journal have won a good market and had a deep influence on woman readers. The values, social gender awareness of feminist consciousness and woman image shaped by woman's journal will ultimately affect the majority of women in the gender awareness and behavior. Then this study was obtained to study the issue of women in the media and gender in order to play a guiding role for most of women.The feminist consciousness in this study is derived from the literary works of the liberation of man, to win women's independent, it refers to women as subjects in an objective world, the status and role and value consciousness. Feminist consciousness specifically refers to women's conscious awareness and its historical mission, social responsibility, life obligations, it should also be soberly aware of their own characteristics, a unique way to participate in social life, and realization of their social values and life demand. This paper is used to reflect the perspective of women's journals on gender awareness study from the topics of women's journals and development of female consciousness.
