At present the mine safety accidents occurred frequently, its reason is various, but mine safety monitoring method is one of the main reasons.According to our present situation of fully-mechanized face, this article puts forward a ZigBee function of the network technology, the communication technology and GPRS leakage technology combining research, establishes a set of network flexible, extensible, safe and reliable fully-mechanized wireless sensor networks and finished the detection to, the wind speed, dust and gas, carbon monoxide, temperature and carbon dioxide environmental parameters of fully-mechanized face. In rig monitoring host,using visual programming software VB and SQL SEVER 2005 to realize development of the object oriented fully-mechanized environmental parameters testing system. The system will achieve the fully-mechanized face of environmental parameters of the acquisition, the wireless transmission, records, graphic display, query, report output and the off-gauge alarm functions, to supplement the existing cable detection system, solve existing coal mine safety in production, realize the urgent need of the colliery management informationization and automation, network, reducing safety accidents.
