As the rapid development of the internet and internet technology, websites have become a part of our lives, and have been widely used in enterprises as a commercial platform for propagandizing, selling themselves and attracting more customers. However, there are three main problems exist in enterprise websites. Firstly, enterprise websites lack effective management since the fast updating speed and the heavy burden of the maintenance work. Secondly, it is difficult for customers to find information they need and usually get lost because enterprise websites designing lack pertinence and individuation. Thirdly, the internet contains large information flow and conceals considerable commercial value.But most enterprises could not seize the opportunity or make full use of the information and transform it into business opportunities and wealth.Aiming at these problems, a website publishing system based on support vector machine(SVMWP) is developed in this paper. This system adopts.NET technology in developing and instead of creating pages manully as trodition, it uses dynamic and interactive application pattern in creation, management and releasing businesses of enterprise website systems. Meanwhile, templates and information content separation technique is applied to make the websites' construction and maintenance easier. Support vector machine techonique is applied to classifiy customers and provide personalized website service. This system also improves management process and achieves the whole process management of website information editing, making and publishing. In this paper, development background of SVMWP system is introduced, the website construction and both domestic and international developments of support vector machine (SVM) are overviewed, and the significance of system development is presented. Then the system design concept is brought up, which diveded the system function into four modules and analyzes the main functions of the system. After that, the system structure is analysed from program structure, software level and network topology and system development related technical content is drawn in. On the design of the customer classifier, this paper introduces support vector machine theory and the characteristics of Web log, explaines the design process of the classifier in details and testifies with examples the classifier practicability. Finally the program realization of the classifier function is explained by using the functional class. On the information publishing system, this paper explaines the system in details from the database design and the system function design and illustrates the practicability, and at last gives data operation class, functional logic class, program logic class to illustrate the program realization.The SVMWP system discussed in this paper has been applied in certain electronic manufacturing enterprise. According to the practical operation, the system has achieved expected effects and is of theoretical reference value and realistic significance to the design and research of present website publishing systems.
