In China, C2C e-commerce model has grown into a well-known and acceptable mode of transaction. Compared to the traditional transaction model, C2C e-commerce model has many indisputable advantages. But at the same time, this model still has some problems such as the network trust, the legal protection after the transaction and the disputes. Shanghai Tobacco (Group) Corporation is a large state-owned enterprises with more than 10,000 employees. The workers are mainly located in Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai. They took a keen interest in on-line shopping and hope to reduce the rising cost of living, add to the fun of living and improve the efficiency of the use of idle resources through the convenient and safe e-commerce. However, the employees face the security problems, the conflict between work and free time, the limitation of the traditional transaction in the timing and scope.This thesis is based on the internal needs and objective difficulties of employees. We analyze the advantages and disadvantages of C2C e-commerce website. Then we use the superior enterprise software and hardware equipment, and combine with the actual situation of enterprises, design and realize a C2C e-commerce website for the in-company employees to build a relatively safe and trusted environment for e-commerce.
