Facing the rapid development of the information society, people increasingly applied computer technology to all circles. The author aims to apply computer technology to the teaching of digital Chinese character. First, in the multimedia teaching aspects:Our fundamental purpose is to establish the understanding of modern Chinese characters form, sound and meaning, and help students to read Chinese characters, also write characters, learn Chinese, and master Chinese written language. For many years, in Chinese character teaching, what baffled us is the that the Chinese learners can't well memorize the characters and the stroke order, and their study is less efficient. Chinese character belongs to ideograms system, its nature is unique. Especially in basic characters and structure rules, Chinese character writing in such aspects as interdenominational. In Chinese character teaching, teachers often put memory characters task solely to students to make their memories remain on a spontaneous stage. The flaw of teachers' teaching methodology affect the learners'learning method, virtually seriously leave impact on the mastery of characters. Therefore, the author tries to use multimedia technology, make SPSS effective Chinese characters and the Chinese character recognition and the stroke order aware so as to provide some proof for multimedia environment of Chinese character teaching. Secondly, in the management of Central Asian student, applying computer technology often can make students'information more accurate and clear. And it can also meet the needs of students'management. Management information includes information collection, information transmission, information storage, information processing, and information maintenance. There is information as long as there is management managing the information system (MIS).Due to the rapid development of computer technology and popularization, which is used in almost every trade in our society, MIS in fact has become computer MIS. According to the regulation of ministry of education, overseas students' information management and the statistical work include personal information, student status and school-leaving information. Using the function of software provides timely formation required to all kinds of foreign students statements. Therefore it is inevitable that we use the computer technology into central Asian students and participate in central Asian teaching management.This research is divided into six parts:The first part, this paper expounds the research background, research purpose, significance and the research methods. By the analysis and comparison of the research status of students at home and abroad we try to find out the teaching and management problems for central Asian students.The second part, study and design. We select four groups of students, determine the experimental method and carry out the experiment. Then we analyze the results with SPSS and draw the conclusion that students under multimedia teaching score higher than those under general teaching method.The third part, applying computer technology in central Asian students' management work triggered the systematic research of thinking of central Asian students' self-help registration. For example, central Asian students' translated information such as address is nostly unavailable when they come for registration.The fourth part, designing central Asian students information management system, reflects the suitability, stability, scalability, and reusability of the software so that the foreign students' information is smooth and practical.The fifth part, summarize the research, make conclusion, and point out the insufficiency and further direction.
