Assessment On Equipment Management Information Scheme For Jilin Petrochemical Company

During system function implement and redevelopment, the affiliates'common requirements for basic service and management functions shall be met first; then the comprehensive management function will be realized and finally the professional management will be gradually developed.The equipment management information system for Jilin Petrochemical Company is one of the basic management systems. This system will be used for service, management and decision-making in the principle of overall planning and multi-step implementation by implementing this system, combining the existing management mode and features of Jilin Petrochemical Company, and considering the future development.The comprehensive equipment & technology files shall be established through the comprehensive equipment management platform by including the following elements in an optimized standard management system: equipment management organization system, equipment file, equipment operation record, fault and potential, maintenance and repair management, spare parts management, moving equipment management, stationary equipment management, electric equipment management, instrument management, comprehensive management, etc. The information can be shared in this company. A strong work flow engine is used as regulation. The mechanical equipment management is assisted. An equipment fault, maintenance & repair system is set up in order to enhance the equipment operation efficiency and assure the intrinsic safety of equipment.The comprehensive equipment management platform meets various requirements of mechanical equipment management, standardizes the work flows, and enhances the work efficiency.
