In recent years, with the rapid development of laser application and technology, the laser photo-typesetting system's birth, to the publication printing industry has brought a revolutionary change. The technology of the laser photo-typesetting has become more perfect and mature. Image-setter the development of more and more reasonable, more advanced, more accurate, and faster scanning speed.This thesis introduced the laser scan imaging system's research background and the survey, the domestic and international development condition and this thesis content and the significance. First of all, The thesis has explained the basic principle of the technology of laser photo-typesetting and the overview of its development systematically, together with the structure of various laser-photocomposing machines and performance characteristic. Then the concepts and knowledge related to the relevant printing respects have been summed up.This thesis introduced Multiplex laser scanning imaging system devices and structure, and analyzed the optical scanning system for beam transformation and the the transformation of the beam parameters such as beam waist width and relation for imaging and.lens position ectAs to the abnormal stripe phenomenon which the laser-photocomposing film has after it is developed, by use of print principle and moire theory we analyze the reasons for stripe phenomenon, and proposed the feasible methods to eliminate or weaken the stripes.Optimized parameters of optical scanning system, the imaging results of the optimization of the film were obtained.
