The mining mishap include: gas blast, coal dust explosion, gas outburst, flooding and other issues. There are some reasons for these problems, and the power supply is a very important reason for the mishaps. Unsafe power supply is one of the most important safety threats. Safe power supply gives more chance and time for us to rescue the workers that stocked in the collapsed mine. How to make the power supply more safe is becoming a independent topic.This design is the subject of multiple low voltage power supply part, the main research can manage up to 16 low-voltage circuits which can be configured to different kinds of circuits. The design is based on high speed Hardware, and with intelligent software system the design can manage the up to 16 circuit very well. The system contains the Lm3s CPU (Lm3s1958), basic input (keyboard) and output (lcd) blocks.The design include all the hardware and software develop method, including the function blocks, basic channel switch system, the Double CPU Monitoring way. The design also give the way to develop the software system, including how to make the environment and how to make a new project and built it.
