“Security and Defense” is one of the most important technical means of maintaining social stability in the contemporary era.With the development of science and technology,security has become an important part of the social public security system,and its contribution to social stability and economic development is becoming more and more obvious.The research on the composition,imaging principle and technology of X-ray security inspection system shows that the accuracy of material identification and the clarity of image are the key to security identification,and the acquisition of detector data and image processing process are important factors that affect them.In this subject,the process of image data acquisition in security inspection machine is researched.The silicon photomultiplier tube with photon counting is introduced to improve the data acquisition terminal of security inspection machine.Combined with the detector data transmission method,the collected data is filtered by the median filter denoising,image histogram enhancement and image PDC algorithm processing,and finally the processed data is transmitted through the CY7C6803 A logical interface.The whole design is verified by software simulation through MATLAB and ModelSim,and the relevant design is integrated to form a complete project file and passed the board level test.In this design,the traditional median filtering algorithm and the histogram equalization algorithm are optimized,so that data can be quickly processed on the FPGA to meet the working characteristics of the security instrument mach.
