| Adaptive Side-lobe Cancellation (SLC) is an effective method to restrain active jamming. This paper studies the SLC system of some VHF phased array radar, then the mathematical simulation model is carried out, and some engineering issues are discussed.Firstly this paper introduces side-lobe cancellation technique. Then several factors which influence the performances of the SLC are discussed, such as channel mismatch, quantized error, the array aperture and interference bandwidth. Secondly, the mathematical simulation model of the phased array radar is carried out. The selection of the auxiliary antenna is discussed and verified the validity of the final program by simulation. Then this paper introduces the digital signal processing platform and the side-lobe cancellation processing module, in the end the processing results of real data are shown, and the results with different auxiliary antenna experimental conditions are discussed. All of the results above show that this SLC system can restrain active jamming perfectly, and meet the need. |
