With the global integrative economy and information society is coming, the management of postal logistics order, as the important component of logistics industry, it is imperative to resolve the dilemma caused by the high operating cost, low production efficiency and impossibility of information sharing. The construction of management information based on Web platform is the key method to resolve the problems mentioned above. This paper's aim is to solve the dilemma of the postal logistics order mentioned above by constructing order information system based Web platform.After analyzing and researching the present situation of the postal logistics order management, it is necessary to unify flow, dispose data together, and share network data from different place. In order to enhance efficiency and reduce cost, the paper adopts a scheme of information software based on Web. The scheme consist of adopting J2EE technique, MVC design model and object-oriented design method, on the other hand, the combination of DHTMLX components, Linux system, Oracle database and WebLogic middle server and other software is the characteristics of the scheme. The design and function achievement of order's creation, query, taking apart combination, maintenance, freezing, unfreezing, which summarized or abstracted from the core business and component layer of the postal order management, system security management, database accessing interface component package are clarified.Now the system is under the testing and acceptance check phase, according to the result of testing, the system is simple to operate and it can satisfy the demand of practical business well, it gets ready for achieving the fundamental goals by building entire logistics information system, the goals are reducing operating cost and enhancing operating efficiency.
